Maca and Black Goji Berry Tonifying Soup

Maca and Black Goji Berry Tonifying Soup

Maca is a native plant that grows in the Andes mountains of Peru, where it is cultivated at a high altitude of 14,000 ft. It has exploded in popularity in recent years. Powdered maca is easy to incorporate into your diet. It can be added to smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, tea, soup and more.

With unique nutrient called adaptogens, Maca helps balance stress levels and bolster resilience in the body. Black maca, considered the rarest type of the Peruvian root, provides the most antioxidants out of the three varieties and is potent to both men and women's vital energy without caffeine.

Black goji berries are exceptionally high in antioxidants and are believed to boost the immune system and improve circulation. Try these two superfood soup recipes to add energy to your day.
