Chrysanthemum Tea with Goji Berries

Chrysanthemum Tea with Goji Berries

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), staying up late or having unhealthy eating habits can cause internal "overheating." Furthermore, excessive screen time can strain the eyes. Chrysanthemum tea is recommended as a helpful remedy to restore balance in the body and relieve eye strain, redness, and blurry vision.

Chrysanthemum possesses natural cooling properties, aiding in reducing excess heat and providing relief for dry mouth, itchy throat, cough, and inflammation. Combining chrysanthemum flowers with goji berries forms a potent blend that enhances eye health.

Infused with a delicate fragrance and a subtly sweet taste, chrysanthemum tea promotes relaxation and stress relief. Before sipping, consider inhaling the tea to indulge in its delightful floral aroma!

Tips:
  • You may take out the chrysanthemum for second brew (up to 4th brew) and eat the goji.
  • High heat will reduce the nutritional value of goji berries; a water temperature of 50-75oC / 120-170oF is recommended.
  • Chrysanthemum tea can be served chill in summer.
  • Consume chrysanthemum tea immediately. Do not drink leftover tea.

Special Notes :

  • Chrysanthemum is cooling in nature. People with frequent diarrhea and pregnant women and during menstruation, should consult your doctor before use.
