Chrysanthemum Tea with Goji Berries
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), staying up late or having unhealthy eating habits can cause internal "overheating." Furthermore, excessive screen time can strain the eyes. Chrysanthemum tea is recommended as a helpful remedy to restore balance in the body and relieve eye strain, redness, and blurry vision.
Chrysanthemum possesses natural cooling properties, aiding in reducing excess heat and providing relief for dry mouth, itchy throat, cough, and inflammation. Combining chrysanthemum flowers with goji berries forms a potent blend that enhances eye health.
Infused with a delicate fragrance and a subtly sweet taste, chrysanthemum tea promotes relaxation and stress relief. Before sipping, consider inhaling the tea to indulge in its delightful floral aroma!
