It may help relieve the symptoms of coughing due to heat in the lungs, gastritis, and constipation. It is a famous Chinese dessert and soup ingredient. Cautions:
- Rehydrate dried snow fungus in water for few hours, trim away the tough yellow root portion for better taste. The fungus would become double or triple in size after soaking.
