Dried Snow Jelly (Xue Ha Gao) (1oz)
Dried snow jelly is a delicacy in Chinese cuisine. It comes from the fat tissues near frog falopian tubes and is used for its many health benefits. It is considered as neutral with sweet taste in TCM. It can help add moisture to skin, strengthen the lungs and kidneys.
To reconstitute dried snow jelly, soak it in warm for 8 to 12 hours and blanch it with little wine to remove the fishy smell.
