Like most soy products, dried bean curd skin is high in protein and low in fat with load of Lecithin. Dried bean curd is easy in storage and need to rehydrate it before using it. It is common in most Chinese household. It can be used in stir fries, soups or stews, suitable for both vegetarians and meat lovers.
