Dried Hawthorn Berry and Monk Fruit Tea

This 5-minute tea recipe can easily be brewed at home or in the office. It makes a wonderfully relaxing beverage with added health benefits.

Prep Time:

5 minutes


Monk fruit ¼ pc

Dried hawthorn berry 8 pcs


Rinse the ingredients.

Steep in a thermos container with hot water 8.5 fl oz for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
