甜酒製作方法:

1、糯米浸泡8小時左右

2、糯米泡好後隔水蒸煮1小時,米熟即可

3、糯米攤開涼至常溫,若米粒過干可加些白開水

4、取酒餅丸壓成粉末,均勻撒在糯米上并跟糯米攪拌均勻

5、拌好酒餅后用保鮮膜密封好容器,避免水分流失。

6、保溫發酵,在室溫30度左右發酵48小時即可。
