Wu Zhi Mao Tao & Dried Sea Coconut Apple Soup

Ingredients :

4 to 6 servings

Dried Thick Ficus Hirta (Wu Zhi Mao Tao): 2.7oz

Dried Sea Coconut: 2oz

Figs: 5 pcs

Apples: 2 pcs

Raw Cashew Nuts: 2oz

Water: 2000 ml

Directions :

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly, and cut the apples and figs in half. 2. Rinse and soak all the dried ingredients and set aside.
  2. Bring water to a boil, then add all the ingredients and bring to a boil again.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  4. Finally, add a small amount of salt for seasoning. 

Cooking Tips: Removing the core of the apples prevents bitterness, and the other ingredients should be soaked and cleaned before use.
