Raw Peeled Peanuts
Peanuts are rich in protein, fat and fiber. They are considered as “heart-healthy” foods comparable to walnuts and almonds, given their high content of unsaturated fats which can lower the cholesterol level. Peanuts are also an excellent source of magnesium, folate and vitamin E etc. Traditional Chinese Medicine considered Peanut as neutral in nature.
