Nourishing Morel Abalone Soup

Ingredients :
Premium Dried Morel – 8 pcs
Rehydrated Abalone – 6 pcs
Cordyceps Militaris – 1 oz
Dried Figs – 2 pcs
Lean Meat - 1.5 lbs
Directions :
- Rinse and soak morel mushrooms in water (retain the water for later use). Rinse other ingredients.
- Rehydrate abalone (please refer to our preparation method of dried abalone). Cut figs in half. Blanch the pork for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse.
- Add all ingredients into a pot and bring to boil for 10 minutes. Then simmer for 1.5 hours in low heat. Add salt to taste (or Instant Pot High Pressure for 45 minutes, natural release). Enjoy!
